Description

Young, successful horror novelist Savannah Martins new book is taking the genre by storm. Her father, the police chief of her small hometown, investigates murders and foul play too grim for their bucolic life. Ce film est dédié à la mémoire de quelqu’un.
Bah… le pauvre ! Il doit soit jubiler, parce qu’il avait très mauvais goût.
Soit il se retourne dans sa tombe.

Si vous regardez ce film pour Sarah Butler, sachez qu’on la voit moins de 10 minutes.

L’actrice principale n’est pas mauvaise… mais le film l’est.

On pense qu’on va avoir peur, qu’on va être scotché, recevoir une baffe, ne pas voir de gore et avoir beaucoup de subtilité.
Hélas, il n’en est rien.
Au contraire : on sombre rapidement dans l’ennui.

Le film est court… mais donne l’impression d’avoir plus du double, qu’il dure trois heures.
Les dialogues sont sympa… mais le rythme du film est lent.
Il part dans tous les sens et pars totalement sa cohérence.

Heureusement, c’est le seul film de Chris Blake que j’ai trouvé.
Pas besoin de me torturer davantage.
On ne repassera pas, je crois !!!!
